Delaware Theatre Company is proud to be an ACCESS Card Partner. This initiative, launched by Art-Reach, allows DE & PA EBT cardholders, and Art-Reach ACCESS cardholders to attend over a dozen cultural sites for just $2 per person.
Ticket policy: ACCESS members can purchase up to 4 tickets to any show in DTC’s season for $2 per person. Ticket purchases are cash only and patrons must present their ACCESS card and a photo ID at Will Call to retrieve their tickets. Although orders cannot be made online, tickets can be reserved at any time in person or by calling the DTC Box Office at 302-594-1100. Seating location is limited to certain seating zones, and subject to availability. If accessible seating is needed, please inform the Box Office when reserving.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
All ticket purchases are non-refundable
If you are unable to attend a performance, please call the Box Office at 302.594.1100 to exchange your tickets for a different date of the same production. Upgrade charges may apply. Non-subscribers will be charged a $5.00 per ticket exchange fee. Tickets may not be exchanged across productions. All online and phone ticket purchases are subject to a $5.00 processing fee per item. This fee is waived only for in-person purchase at the Box Office paid by cash or check.
Performance Cancellations
In the event that a performance must be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, tickets will be exchanged into different performances. Refunds will not be provided.
Photography and Videography
The use of photographic and/or recording device is strictly prohibited.
Please note: The audience may be photographed by DTC staff at any point for archival or promotional purposes. If you wish to not appear in DTC materials, please notify a House Manger on the day of your event or production.
Bringing Children to DTC
Children under school age may not attend our productions. Please know that this means babies, as well as toddlers. Many productions are suitable for pre-teens and older children, but parents should contact DTC to determine their attendance.
Late Arrivals
Out of courtesy to the actors and audience, patrons arriving after the performance has started will be seated at the discretion of House Management.
